Prices for Quaker Wedding Certificates

 

All certificates include a lightly penciled grid for your guest's signatures, a pen for them to use (the ink is light-fast, waterproof and non-acidic) and a kneadable eraser with which to erase the grid. I use acid-free paper and pigment-based, lightfast, archival ink for the lettering, and the finest watercolors for the decoration.

I usually save my drawings from each certificate. If I am able to reuse a drawing then the cost will be less.

Due to non-payment on the part of a few individuals, I will require payment before I start on your certificate. I will e-mail you a few days before hand. At that time you may send your check.

Standard Circle or Omega Certificate...............$225.00

A standard circle or omega certificate consists of up to 150 words enclosed in a lush ring or omega of flowers and 3 to 5 decorated initials.

 

Standard Certificate with Floral or landscape painting across the top or bottom......$200.00

This certificate consists of a floral or landscape painting across the top or bottom, up to 150 words, and 3 to 5 decorated initials.

 

 

 

Standard Certificate with top and side swags...$175.00

This certificate consists of up to 150 words, a floral (or other) vine draped across the top and down the sides to the level of the couple's signatures, 3 to 5 decorated initials, and a medium sized spray of flowers wherever you want them.

 

Standard Certificate with floral arch....................................$175.00

This certificate consists of up to 150 words, a floral arch that extends to the level of the couple's names, 3 to 5 decorated initials and a large spray of flowers

 

 

Standard Certificate with large, leafy or floral arch....................$175.00

This certificate has the entire text area surrounded by a large decorative arch. It has up to 150 words and 3 to 5 decorated initials.

 

Standard Certificate with decoration down the entire left side

Like the others, this one has up to 150 words. The price for this is as follows: $.60 per word + $15.00/hour for the large side painting + $20.00 set-up. If this isn't clear, contact me and I will try to explain.

 

 

Craftsman Certificate......................................$175.00

This has 150 or less words and is decorated like the Clark/Nydham certificate. It includes 3 - 5 large decorated initials plus large decorated 1st. initials of each name (first, middle, and last)

 

 

Standard Certificate with scrollwork................ $.60 per word + $20.00 set-up

This can have as many words as you like. With it you get the scrollwork decoration as in the Wienhold-Bartlett certificate and large decorated initials.

 

Just the Facts Certificate...................$100.00

This is just what it says. You get your names, dates and place plus an omega, arch and spray, large arch or knotwork. You are limited to 5 different kinds of flowers and/or leaves.

 

 

Extras

Large spray of flowers or leaves, over 6" (see below)...........................................$20.00

Over 175 words.........................................................................$.60 per word

Animals or other figures standing alone (see below)................................$15.00

Building or other scene in a small picture apart from the main decoration................................$20.00

If you expect more than 100 guests you may want to order an extra archival pens for signing........$2.50 each
